According to the leak, the chassis, lock and right-side keys, and Porsche Design logo are constructed of forged and CNC-milled stainless steel. The camera lens has sapphire glass and the back cover has glass weave technology. It also has an unique BlackBerry PIN, so you'll be part of an exclusive Porsche Design BlackBerry PIN ID group that is instantly recognizable among Porsche Design users.

BlackBerry has launched the official IRCTC application for BlackBerry smartphones. This app will naturally let you book tickets, make PNR enquiries, check booking and cancellation histories and more, directly from your BlackBerry 10 smartphones. Last year IRCTC app was launched for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8 devices developed in partnership with Microsoft.
Commenting on the new app, Annie Mathew, Director, Business Development and Alliance, BlackBerry India, said,
We are excited to bring the IRCTC application to BlackBerry World. With the increasing smartphone perpetration and the increasing dependence on mobile applications, it is a great opportunity for us to help our customers experience this app for an easy and streamlined train booking service.

Sony accidentally revealed its upcoming SmartWatch 3 (SW3) and Z3 Tablet Compact in its promotion recently. Today the company has posted a teaser video that reveals three new devices that could be the Xperia Z3 smartphone that was already teased last month, the Xperia Z3 Compact smartphone and the Xperia Z3 Compact Tablet.
First spotted by the XperiaBlog.net, some commenters on the website has cracked the codes shown in the video. This reveals 7mm thickness, 8-inch compact tablet and IP65&68 certification for dust and water resistance. The Xperia Z3 smartphone is expected to come with a new curved design, but it is not likely to get a major upgrade.
Sony is also expected to unveil its QX30 smartphone camera lens, which is believed to come with 30x zoom. The Sony press conference starts at 4:15PM CEST (7:45PM IST) on 3rd September 2014.

Apple is planning to launch a bigger version of iPad by early 2015, according to a report from Bloomberg. The company is expected to launch the iPad with 12.9 inch screen which makes it bigger than the current 7.9-inch screen iPad Mini and the 9.7-inch screen iPad Air.
"Apple Inc. suppliers are preparing to manufacture the company’s largest-ever iPad, with production scheduled to commence by the first quarter of next year, according to people with knowledge of the matter", stated the report.
According to rumors, the larger 12.9-inch iPad will include a high pixel density with a display that nears ultra high-definition quality. It will likely adopt many of the design elements offered in the current iPad Air and iPad mini, like an ultrathin chassis and narrow side bezels.
Earlier in April a leaked photo had showed front panel of the iPad Air 2. While last year there were reports that Apple is testing a 13 inch iPad. iPad sales growth has been declining over the past quarters and last quarter unit sales were down 9% on a year-over-year basis. Meanwhile, the company is gearing up for iPhone 6 launch on September 9th.

Samsung Galaxy K zoom has got a price cut in India and is available for Rs. 19,999 on Amazon in India. It was launched in India last month for Rs. 29,999 last month, exclusively on Amazon. It is surprising that it has received Rs. 10,000 price cut in a month after its launch. Samsung would launch the Galaxy S5 Mini in India soon, exclusively on Flipkart.

This price cut was first spotted by Deals For Geeks. It is not clear if this price cut is temporary. Samsung would unveil the Galaxy Note 4 at the IFA next week, so the Note 3 got a minor price cut in India few weeks back.

Apple has finally started sending out invitations for their September 9 event, which has been rumored for quite some time now. The action will take place in Cupertino and the company is expected to announce at least one new iPhone.
The invite doesn’t give too much details away. It carries a tagline “wish we could say more” which gives us a hint that Apple might introduce more products along with their next generation iPhone.
Tim Cook, Apple’s Chief Executive Officer has said that the company would break into a new product category this year and it is speculated that Apple will be stepping into the wearable space. Apple’s alleged iWatch has been making its rounds in the rumor land for more than a year now and the Cupertino giants might finally announce it. The event is also expected to spread some light on the iOS and OS X updates among other things.

LG announced the G Watch R yesterday which is companies first circular display smartwatch. However, LG did not specify the pricing of the watch. Today, the company has mentioned the price of the watch in a German Press release.
As per the press release, the circular watch which has a 1.3-inch (320 x 320 pixels) P-OLED screen and stylish design will cost 299 Euro which translated to around $395. The G Watch R will hit Germany in October at a price which is 100 Euro more than the original G watch that costs $229.
There is a possibility that the G Watch R can have different pricing in different markets. The latest watch by LG has a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor to measure heartbeats. It has durable stainless steel frame and has interchangeable 22mm calf skin leather strap.

Both these smartphones have a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla glass protection, but the Mi 4 is smaller than the Mi 3 due to smaller bezels.
The Mi 4 has a 8-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony Exmor R sensor, 5-element lens and f/1.8 aperture, while the Mi 3 comes with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with BSI sensor and f/2.2 aperture. Both these have the usual set of sensors .
These have capacitive touch buttons for menu, home and back. The design is slightly different in the Mi 4.

Samsung is just days away from launching the Galaxy Note 4 at IFA on September 3rd, but that is not stopping the phone to pop up in videos. The South Korean tech giant has teased its next-gen phablet through a collection of YouTube videos yesterday.
However, today a 15 second YouTube clip gives us a glimpse of Galaxy Note 4. The phone is encompassed in a body-concealing case with the use of a "dummy box" which shows only the screen, but not the design of the phone. The S Pen that was showcased earlier this week is also seen besides the Note 4 in the video.

Android Lemon Meringue Pie a new version of the Android has been spotted in the Chromium issue tracker. Dubbed under the build number (LRW50D), it is seen running on a device which is called by the developers “New Nexus 7".
The developers often refer to this device which is also known as the NexusV2, Nexus 2013 and the Nexus manufactured by Asus. As per the Chromium issue tracker the Android build is from the 19th of August, 2014 and is the fourth version of the build that day. Each component in the build number has its own significance. L" here stands for the Lemon Meringue Pie, "R" is for the code branch that the build originates from, "W" indicates the third quarter of the year, and, finally, the number 50 are the days going into the quarter, which would peg the LRW50 release happening on August 19th, while "D" is the fourth edition for that same day, says Myce that has spotted the build.
Google announced Android L with Material Design at I/O developer hence it is a possibility that the L stands for the Lemon Meringue Pie. However, Google has not made this official and the build has merely been spotted.

After Facebook and Amazon, another tech company is testing drone deliveries- none other than Google. The company is working on drone delivery system under 'Project Wing' as per reports from The Atlantic and BBC.
The report states that Google has been working on this project for more than two years. The drone by Google is a small hybrid between a plane and a helicopter that delivers items to people by dropping them down on a line. These drones was recently tested in Australia where the researchers used prototypes of the automated vehicles to deliver “candy bars, dog treats, cattle vaccines, water, radios, and more” to two farmers.

HERE, a popular navigation company that powers HERE Maps in Windows devices has announced its partnership with Samsung to launch its app on Tizen-Powered Samsung smartwatches, including the new Gear S smartwatch and a new app called HERE (beta) developed exclusively for the Samsung Galaxy devices.
HERE powers Navigator app in Gear app that offers turn-by-turn walk navigation, public transit routing and option to download maps for offline use for navigation, directions and search. Since the Gear S has built-in 3G support, it can offer a stand-alone experience without connecting it to a smartphone.
For a better experience you need to pair it with HERE (beta) developed for the Samsung Galaxy devices. This enables you to conveniently plan and calculate routes for walking and public transit on your phone and then send them to your smartwatch. Earlier today Samsung partnered with HERE to launch HERE Maps for the Gear S smartwatch, now the company has announced a partnership with Nike to pre-load Nike+ Running App on the Samsung Gear S.
Since the Gear has built-in 3G connectivity and A-GPS/Glonass to track progress, check routes and speed on the move without connecting it to other devices. It shows running metrics including distance, pace, heart rate, NikeFuel earned, and time. It also has a built-in music player to select music in a playlist and real-time cheers from Facebook friends.

Dell is planning to re- enter the tablet market in India with a new features and new strategy as per reports from the Economic Times. The PC maker will kick start the sell of these tablets from September 15 says the report.
Dell will launch seven to eight tablets in India that will have voice calling capabilities. The existing tablets from the company do not have voice calling feature which Dell thinks is partly responsible for poor tablet sales. Dell also said that lack of tie-ups with mobile retailers has also made it difficult for the company to put its mark on extremely competitive Indian tablet market.
"About 70-75% of tablet sales in India happen in the voice-enabled tablet space and 60% of that total market is dominated by the mobile specialty stores. We are, therefore, trying to target these segments to augment our tablet strategy in India. However, the retail partners will only sell our tablets and not the notebooks, desktop or all-in-one PCs,"
said P Krishnakumar, executive director, consumer and small business, Dell India to ET.

Microsoft has updated OneDrive apps on Android, iOS and Windows phone. The cloud storage app for Android has added support for OneDrive for Business.
"Our Android update is starting to roll out today, and with it, you can now access both your personal and work accounts. This is the first example of how we’re creating a single, unified OneDrive experience that holistically addresses what people, businesses, and IT managers need. Because people are increasingly using the same devices and apps to get things done at work and at home, the ability to store and share files in the cloud is essential on both fronts"

The update enables users to sign in with either their personal or business OneDrive accounts. Microsoft is trying to make it easier for users to distinguish files, docs and photos from personal and professional OneDrive accounts. Xiaomi unveiled the MIUI 6, a major update with new features and a completely new design. The MIUI 6 update is now available for the both the Xiaomi Mi 4 and Mi 3 smartphones for the public after the internal best testing is complete. Micromax has started rolling out Android 4.4 (KitKat) update for Canvas 2 Colours A120 smartphone. It was launched back in April, running Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), but the company promised KitKat update soon after the launch. Micromax recently rolled out KitKat update for Canvas Doodle 3 A102 and Canvas Knight A350.
The Android KitKat update should bring emojis, printing support, performance tweaks and some UI changes. All the latest Micromax smartphones now comes with Android KitKat out of the box.
The Android 4.4.2 over-the-air (OTA) update for the Canvas 2 is about 283.2 MB and would roll out gradually throughout the week. You will get a notification when the update is available. The company says working on providing updates on all our leading products, but it has not confirmed the list of these devices that would get the update.

Oppo Neo 3 R831k, an upgraded version of the Oppo Neo R831 has been launched in India. The main difference in the Neo 3 compared to Neo is 1GB RAM instead of 512MB RAM and an LED flash on the back for its 5-megapixel camera.
