Update: Press shots of the phone has surfaced in Black and Blue colors, again revealing triple rear cameras and fingerprint sensor on the right sides, below the volume rockers. It also reveals that it will pack similar specifications as the Galaxy A8, including an Exynos 7885 SoC and 4GB RAM. Samsung is prepping a new Galaxy smartphone in the coming days. The phone in question is rumored to be Galaxy A7 (2018) which is said to come in triple rear cameras, and the fingerprint sensor is said to be present on the side frame much like the Galaxy J6+ that will launch in India soon. The new Galaxy A7 (2018) with triple rear cameras falls in line with the company's plans for introducing new technologies with mid-range devices first.  This also means that A7 (2018) might not be the first phone with triple rear cameras. Bluetooth certification reveals that the device will have the model number SM-A750FN. However, we don't have any further information about the specs of the device. But our educated guess suggests that the phone might sport a 6-inches (2220×1080 pixel) display, an Octa-Core Exynos or Snapdragon processor with up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It is unclear at the moment when this new ...

Among few of the smartphone makers out to grab market share in India, OnePlus has been the front-runner with its amazing offerings each time.  The company established itself over the last four years with the company’s vision of selling flagship smartphones at unbelievable pricing striking all the right chords. Another positive point worth mentioning here is the company listens to its customers, ultimately working on what people really want from their phones. Since 2014, the user base of OnePlus has seen a steep incline. In addition to this, the company fueled this fandom through various interactions with the community through their forums. With this as an advantage, OnePlus opted for the unconventional way where they relied on the feedback of its large fan base in developing products. As per the company claims, a great product would sell itself and doesn’t need too much marketing. This relentless pursuit of excellence and perfection has made the latest OnePlus 6 this year’s must-have phone for tech lads and millennials. After tasting success with seven flagship smartphones since the OnePlus One and the OxygenOS operating system embraced by millions of users around the world, the company is planning to add a Smart TV in its portfolio. “We ...

Last year, Google introduced  the Family Link app last year to help parents stay in the loop while their kids are using Android devices. Family Link helps parents keep an eye on screen time, manage the apps their kids can use and more. Today, the company has started rolling out Family Link globally including India, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, as well as Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Panamá and Perú. Whenever you set up your kid's Android device, Google asks you to create an account. Enter your kid’s birthday, and if they’re under 13 (or the relevant age of consent depending on your region), you’ll be asked to provide consent to create the account. Once done, Family Link will automatically be downloaded to your kid's device, and you can choose the apps and settings that you want for your child. With this app, parents can set screen time limits, remotely lock a device, locate their child, view activity reports showing how much time their child spends on their apps, Approve or block apps as well. Looks like the app is rolling out gradually, since Google Play still says the app is not available for India. Source 1, ...

Huawei is all set to introduce the Mate 20 and the Mate 20 Pro smartphones in the month of October. While we have seen rumors and leaks fall into place every once in a while, we don't have a complete picture yet. Now here comes a surprise; Huawei is also planning to launch a new version of the wireless Huawei freebuds dubbed 'Huawei Freebuds 2 Pro' along with flagships on October 16th. The Huawei Freebuds 2 Pro are AirPods look-alike and it needs Huawei Mate 20 or Mate 20 Pro combination to interact with KI-based speech recognition. The headphones connect via Bluetooth 5.0 with the smartphone and they come in a portable case which also works as a loading dock. It also supports Qi wireless charging and has charging LEDs on the outside of the case. It appears that users will be able to charge the Freebuds 2 Pro's case using the phone itself and for standard charging, USB-C is included as well. As for technical specifications, the earbuds support Hi-Res Wireless Audio over Bluetooth 5.0 and can last up to 3 hours. It might also include Google Assistant integration, but it is unclear if the support will be similar to that on the Pixelbuds. Huawei Freebuds 2 Pro features a ...

Huawei's Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro flagships are set to launch next month i.e October, while we know the basic hardware and design of the Mate 20 Pro, most of the details are still under the wraps. However, we now have some details regarding the features of the camera app based on EMUI 9.  Thanks to the Mate 20 Pro firmware, the EMIUI 9.0 based camera app might pack features like underwater mode, AI cinema mode, AI Zoom, and Video Bokeh. Since the Mate 20 Pro is a flagship that might come with an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, but the underwater mode makes us believe that it is designed to work with or without a waterproof phone. It is designed to help you “take clear shots in underwater environments.” You can press the volume down button to take a photo, press the volume up button to shoot a video, press the power button to turn the camera on/off, or touch and hold the button at the bottom to exit. However, the promotional material shows a picture of the phone in a bag, meaning that Huawei wants you to put your smartphone in a bag and submerge it underwater to take ...

Google is rumored to launch new Pixelbook on October 9th at the Pixel event, while we have seen the Pixel 3 phones surface in the wild, we haven't really gotten our eyes on Pixelbook successor. That ends today; we are now seeing what appears to be like a Pixelbook. It has a USB Type-C port on the bottom left and speakers on the left side of the tablet.  Going by the flat power button present on the keyboard, it looks exactly similar to the rendering of the fingerprint sensor enrollment image for Chrome OS spotted by the Chrome Unboxedearlier this month. We already know that Google's Pixelbook might have support for a fingerprint sensor and is also likely to have an SD card slot.   Furthermore, it is said to feature acoustic echo cancellation, and since there are multiple microphones on top of the tablet, this is a given. It is expected to be powered by the 8th-generation Intel processor and said to sport pogo pin support even though we don't see Bluetooth button on the keyboard. However, at this moment it is unclear if this is a Pixelbook, but if it indeed is, the design looks neat. Source
