Samsung recently introduced its EVO Plus 512GB microSD Card for Rs. 22,900. Today the company has announced that buyers of the 512GB version of the Galaxy Note9 smartphone can get it the card for just Rs. 4,999, after a flat 78% discount of Rs. 17,900.
The Samsung’s newest EVO Plus 512GB microSD card lets you record up to 24 hours of 4K UHD video or 78 hours of Full HD video. It supports high reading and writing speeds of up to 100 MB/s and 90 MB/s, respectively, and comes with 4-Proof Technology, which makes it water, magnet, X-ray and temperature proof.
The company has also announce unique "1TB challenge" on Social Media starting this week, inviting people from across the country to share their memories of 2018 through WhatsApp, and three lucky participants will be given Galaxy Note9 devices.

Threatened by the TRAI, Apple is finally implementing the anti-spam measures for iPhones in India. TRAI has warned Apple to ban iPhones from the country's cellular network if the company didn’t approve a government-developed Do Not Disturb app by January 2019. With the deadline approaching fast, Apple has finally implemented and the app is available on App Store.
The app is named 'TRAI DND – Do Not Disturb' promises to help users curb unwanted phone calls and text messages — an issue that has become hugely problematic within the country. The app combats by letting users join a “do not disturb” registry and allowing them to report unwanted contacts. Google allowed the app in its Play Store back in 2016 and the app was being updated to 2.0 earlier this year.
Citing the privacy concerns, Apple didn't allow the app to be released on the App Store though it agreed to cooperate on a version of the app that wouldn’t share a user’s call or message logs with Indian authorities. At the moment, it is unclear the version of DND that is released in the App Store follows the additional privacy protections beyond what was originally devised by TRAI.

It is already known that Asus is working on a sequel to the Zenfone Max M1; the Max M2 (ZB631KL) and Zenfone Max Pro M2 (ZB633KL). These new phones are expected to pack huge batteries like the predecessor but the most important thing is the brand new design as well as upgraded hardware.

After teasers and certification, Lenovo has officially confirmed that it will introduce the Z5s, a new smartphone on December 6th at an event in China. TENAA certification revealed a 6.3-inch screen, triple rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor on the back. Some leaks reveal that it will have an in-display camera, before Samsung Galaxy A8s and Huawei Nova 4 in coming weeks, instead of top left corner, this is said to feature the camera in the top center.
The certification site already reveald its dimensions as 156.7 × 74.5 × 7.8 mmand a 3210mAh battery, which is less compared to its latest Z5 Pro and S5 Pro smartphones that were inrtoduced recently.
We don’t have any other details about the phone yet, but everything should be clear when it goes official in a couple of days.

Meizu already teased the launch of Meizu 16 smartphone in India on December 5th, now the company has teased the launch of its budget C9 smartphone in the country alongside, exclusively on Amazon.in. Samsung has finally opened up Galaxy Note 9 One UI based on Android Pie beta after it by mistakenly opened registrations in the US last week. The beta testing is now rolling out in Germany and India. The registrations are now open through the Samsung Members app and the update is about 1.5GB in size.
Samsung doesn't usually open beta testing for the Note series, Galaxy Note8 wasn't a part of the Oreo beta program when it launched last year. Seeing how Samsung bought beta testing even in India, it clear that Samsung would open the beta testing to all beta markets. The One UI beta markets include the United States, South Korea, Germany, Poland, Spain, China, France, India, and the United Kingdom.
Samsung is rolling out firmware version N960FXXU2ZRKQ for the Galaxy Note 9 and brings November 2018 security patch. This firmware update brings Android 9.0 Pie in addition to Samsung’s One UI. All of the features of the Android 9 Pie are included in this firmware. You can now register for the beta through the Samsung Members app in Germany and India. But Galaxy Note 9 users in other markets might need to wait.

Microsoft Edge which debuted in 2015 was designed to be fast, lightweight, and secure, however, it never saw the success the company wanted. The browser was launched with a sack of problems leading to rejection right when it arrived and it failed to gain any traction since then. For this, reason, the company is said to be working on a new web browser that is powered by Chromium.
Chromium is a rendering engine popularized by Google's Chrome browser. The new Microsoft browser is code named Anaheim is aimed at Windows 10 and will replace Edge as the default browser on the platform. At this moment, it is unclear if the Anaheim will use the Edge brand or get a brand-new name for itself. The user interface between Edge and Anaheim might be same or different.
Since the new browser uses Chromium, it means websites should behave just like they do on Google Chrome in Microsoft's new Anaheim browser. Additionally, Microsoft engineers were recently spotted committing code to the Chromium project to help get Google Chrome running on ARM. There's no clear info on when the new browser would be introduced but should make an appearance anytime in 2019.

Samsung is busy prepping the Galaxy S10 flagship which will be debuting at the MWC event in February. Before the official launch, the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus render surface online and as rumored, the flagships have a cut-out in the display to accommodate the selfie shooter. While the regular S10 has just one, the Plus variant packs dual-selfie shooters, so the cutout is a bit wider.
The bezels on top and bottom are slim even when compared to the Galaxy S9, and Note 9. According to rumors, the Galaxy S10 and the S10+ are expected to come in three variants; 5.8-inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.4-inch models and pack a Qualcomm-built in-display fingerprint scanner. The flagships will be powered by the Exynos 9820 which is an 8nm SoC with Tri-cluster CPU, integrated NPU, up to 2Gbps LTE-Advanced Pro modem. While the variant that will sell in the US will be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 855.

POCO today rolled out new MIUI 10 8.12.4 beta update for testers that brings new camera features including 960fps slow-motion video recording in addition to 120fps abd 240fps, however the company is yet to bring 4K 60fps support, which was promised couple of months back.
The update also brings new Super low-light mode in the camera settings for improved low-light performance. This takes 8 photos at different exposures and merges them into one brighter, higher-quality shot.

Meizu, along with three smartphones, also launched the EP52 Lite water-resistant Bluetooth Earphones and Halo headset, which is a Bluetooth in-ear headset. The EP52 Lite earphones targeted at runners and outdoor users under the EP series. Since EP52 works over Bluetooth, it is completely wireless and at a mere 16 grams, these headphones are fairly lightweight as well. Considering these earphones are waterproof (IPX5), the earbuds feature a nano-coating that makes it sweat and waterproof.
The EP52 Lite earphones use Bluetooth 4.2 with aptX, have an impedance of 32ohms, sensitivity of 106dB @ 1kHz, with a maximum power output of 10mW. It promises 8 hours of continuous music playback with a single charge, while they can function for 150 hours on standby while being hooked up to your phone via Bluetooth (Bluetooth 4.2 with aptX).

At the Flutter Live Google announced it is experimenting Flutter on the web which it is calling Hummingbird project. It also debuted the Flutter Live which is Google’s first ever major standalone event for their Flutter app development SDK. Flutter is Google’s cross-platform application SDK which is no longer restricted to mobile.
At the current state, Flutter can create native apps for Android and iOS, which also opens them to those two platforms and Chrome OS. Flutter team is working on two projects; one being the work-in-progress project called Flutter Desktop Embedding that aims to bring Windows, OS X, and Linux support for Flutter.
The second is Hummingbird which is a radical new project to bring entire Flutter apps to the “modern, standards-based web”. Because Hummingbird runs on standard web technologies like “HTML, DOM, Canvas, JavaScript” and has “no blackbox,” the resulting apps will not be limited to Google Chrome, but will also run on other platforms. The company said that the Hummingbird project will also have interoperability with your web page’s JavaScript code.

Google Chrome 71 is rolling out to desktop and Android, it is a minor release which particularly brings changes to the 'Duet' interface and autoplay. Part of the Google Chrome button address bar redesign which the company shut down in the last minute turned into 'Chrome Duplex,' which is now called 'Chrome Duet.'
Duet is still in works and there are a few changes visible in Chrome 71. A share button has been added to the bottom bar, and the search button has a new gray outline. Also, the buttons have moved around in the tabs view, with the New Tab button on the left side and the overflow menu on the right. Duet is being rolled out to users on the Beta, Dev, and Canary channels, but at this moment it is hard to say when it will be available for everyone. Huawei recently announced an event in China to unveil a smartphone with in-display camera on December 17. Now the company's Honor brand has scheduled an event in Paris, France on January 22nd, 2019 to unveil a new smartphone with in-screen camera. This could be Honor View 20, successor of Honor View 10 that was introduced at an event in London a year back.

The new naming scheme should be in-line with Huawei's P20 and Mate 20 series that were introduced earlier this year. The phone is also expected to feature improved rear cameras, possible triple rear cameras, Full HD+ screen with a screen-to-body ratio of over 92%, powered by the latest Kirin 980 processor with Dual NPU and up to 6GB RAM. There are also possiblities of an in-display fingerprint sensor.
We should know more details about the smartphone in the coming weeks since we have over a month for the official launch. We can also expect the phone to launch in India soon after the global announcement, similar to the View 10.
