Samsung SM-J720F surfaced in benchmarks back in January this year. Now the user manual of the smartphone has surfaced on the official site confirming dual rear cameras, front camera with flash as well as Bixby Home, making it the first budget smartphone from Samsung to come with Bixby support. It also comes with removable battery, micro USB port, fingerprint sensor on the home button and loudspeaker grill on the back, next to the camera. Details about the upcoming flagship HTC U12 surfaced last month, later it was said that the phone will be called U12+ and will feature feature dual 8-megapixel front-facing cameras for bokeh effects, similar to the HTC U11 EYEs as well as dual rear cameras. Now an online listing for the screen protector for the phone has surfaced showing how the phone will look like. It clearly shows 18:9 aspect ratio display and dual front cameras. Apple is hiring Google’s former head of search and artificial intelligence; John Giannandrea. The news was first reported by The New York Times, and it comes one day after he announced that he was stepping down from his role at Google.  John Giannandrea joined Google back in 2010 as a machine learning expert, and it is a big deal for Apple who is lagging behind in the AI fields like computer vision and natural language processing. Xiaomi launched the Redmi 5A smartphone recently. We already brought you the review of the phone, here we have the battery life test results of the phone. It packs a 3000mAh (typical) / 2910mAh (minimum) built-in battery, has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by Snapdragon 425, has 2GB or 3GB of RAM and runs on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat) with MIUI 9. Check out the test results below. Talk Time It lasted for 25 hours and 5 minutes in our talk time test. 3G Browsing It lasted for 6 hours and 42 minutes in our 3G browsing test. WiFi Browsing It lasted 9 hours and 6 minutes in our WiFi Browsing test. Video Playback It lasted for 11 hours and 8 minutes in our video playback test, same as Redmi 4A. Charging Time It took 2 hours 16 mins for charging it from 0 to 100% since it doesn't have support for fast charging. Standby Time It lasted for 33 days in our standby test. OnePlus 6 will have an option to hide the notch

Last week OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei confirmed that the OnePlus 6 will have a notch and shared the reason for having a notch. Later the CEO Pete Lau shared more details about the screen and the notch on the forum saying that the phone will have a compatibility mode that will let you black out the sides of the notch when in landscape mode when watching videos or playing games . The CEO also said that the mode has been tested with the 1000 most popular apps in the Play Store, and it works wonderfully. Now he has posted an update saying that the phone will have an option to hide the notch. At first the company considered against adding this feature, now after feedback from the users, it has decided to add it in a future software update after the launch of the OnePlus 6. He added that OxygenOS will be optimized to work alongside the notch so that you can easily view and access all of your notifications. According to a latest report, Amazon is planning to submit a rival offer to buy India’s largest e-commerce firm Flipkart who are in advance talks with Walmart Inc. for selling a majority stake. The company is said to be in early exploratory talks to buy Flipkart even as Flipkart closes in on sale to Walmart. It is already well-known that Walmart is in talks to buy 55% of Flipkart through a mix of primary and secondary share purchases that values Flipkart at $21 billion. It is also reported that Flipkart investors Tiger Global Management, Accel Partners, Naspers, IDG Ventures and others are also expected to sell most or all of their shares in the Flipkart-Walmart deal. The secondary share purchases will happen at a lower valuation. It is widely believed that a deal with Walmart is more likely to go through. Back in August 2017, Flipkart received $1.4 billion in fresh capital from Japan’s SoftBank Group, valuing the retailer at about $14 billion. After suing Facebook, BlackBerry is now after Snapchat creator Snap Inc. over patented Messaging, Snap Maps and more. BlackBerry Chief Executive Officer John Chen has been working to find additional sources of revenue as investors express concern over company's growth.  As the growth of the company is tanking, the company is hunting through its library of wireless tech and messaging patents to find opportunities for more licensing deals, and lawsuits. OnePlus Bullet Wireless headphones could be introduced alongside OnePlus 6

With brands inclining towards removing the 3.5mm audio jack on their flagship smartphones, wireless earphones are the only option unless you want to go the dongle way. OnePlus is on the verge of introducing the OnePlus 6 flagship but that's not it, the company is also planning on bringing 'OnePlus Bullet Wireless' headphones alongside the flagship.  According to the Bluetooth Certification listing, the OnePlus Bullet wireless headphones come with model number BT31B. The listing is filed by OnePlus yesterday and the timing falls in line with the OnePlus 6 launch which, despite not having an official launch date, has been in the news for the past few weeks. However, the wireless headphones come bundled with the OnePlus 6 or will be sold separately is unknown at the moment. Xiaomi to host Supplier Investment Summit in India from April 9 to 11

Xiaomi today announced that it would be organising a Supplier Investment Summit in India from April 9th to April 11. The summit will be hosted with up to 50+ Xiaomi component suppliers from around the world who will visit different states learning about the opportunities in India. Xiaomi says that India is an important market for it outside of China and is also a major manufacturing hub and for the same reason, it is giving a chance for the suppliers to visit different states to evaluate opportunities for setting up local base in the country. This will not only bring in additional foreign investment in India but will also create job opportunities. The primary agenda of this summit is to help the suppliers understand about opportunities in the Indian market, incentives offered by Center and State government, FDI policy, industrial policy and various state sector-specific policies. Xiaomi currently has three manufacturing facilities in India of which two facilities are in partnership with FOXCONN which are present in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Google Chrome Emoji shortcut starts rolling out for Mac, Windows and Chrome OS

Emoji are a way of expressing and are commonly used in conversation made on a smartphone or tablet. But now Google Chrome is working on making it easier to use emoji on desktops. All major operating systems now have an easy to bring up a special emoji/symbols picker which is usually hidden behind a key combination. [HTML1] Chrome is making it easier to reach out the Emoji picker by adding a shortcut to the menu that appears when you right-click in any text field on the web. The Emoji option will be the first-in-the list and opens the native emoji selector for your operating system. The Emoji context menu reads "Enables the Emoji picker item in context menus for editable text areas. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS." However, the feature currently is only available for developers since it still needs testing and is often times unstable. As for those who are using the Chrome Canary channel, you simply head to "chrome://flags/#enable-emoji-context-menu" and enable it right away. Apple just confirmed that the Mac Pro machines will find their way into the market only in 2019 which might come as a let down to those who were hoping to see a Pro machine sometime this year.
