Nvidia spilled the beans on its brand new Tegra K1 processor earlier this week at CES and it looks like the new fangled chipset will form the core of the next gen Surface RT tablet. Nvidia's new chip dubbed the Tegra K1 sports 192 Kepler cores and has a new CPU as well. The K1 chip will ship in two variants. Either with a quad core ARM A15 CPU or a dual core 64 bit Project Denver CPU, the specifics of the latter are still somewhat murky. Nokia Lumia 525 Unboxing

The Nokia Lumia 525 was announced a while back, with the sole intention of removing the 512 MB RAM limit that barred the original Lumia 520 from getting all the games and apps on the Windows Phone store. This is very similar to the 256 MB limit some of the devices had on Windows Phone 7.5, so Nokia made a quick revision by upping the RAM on the 520 and releasing it as the Lumia 525. This is, by no means, a generational successor to the 520, rather just a minor upgrade to the already popular best seller. We just got the retail version in India, which costs Rs. 10,400, as announced, so of course, we bring you the unboxing to see what's in the box, and a quick hardware overview. httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmuuuLywH20 The Lumia 525 virtually comes with the same box contents as the Lumia 520, here are all the box contents laid out - Box Contents - Lumia 525 in glossy white User manual with warranty information 3-pin Indian plug micro USB charger Standard 3.5mm charger Short micro USB cable for data transfer That's the Lumia 525 from the front, which is virtually indistinguishable from the 520.   Rumors around Nokia's Android device have been picking up pace lately and thanks to Sina Weibo, we can now get a glimpse of what the device might look like. Code named Normandy, the phone will slot in between the Asha and Lumia series of phones if and when it ships. Nokia is said to have blessed the phone with a forked version of Android that won't support Google Play services.  While renders of the phone's interface appeared earlier this week, we can see the phone here wrapped in a protective shell. This serves as a way to protect the final design from leaking out prior to launch. The specifications are expected to be fairly low end with the phone packing an entry level dual core Snapdragon processor. There's also believed to be a 5MP camera unit at the back. Interestingly the phone also has a single button at the bottom which is opposed to the standard menu icons seen on Android devices. The device might be part of Nokia's announcements at MWC next month. Would you be interested in an Android device manufactured by Nokia but lacking most of Google services? Let us know in the comments section. [Via - Seina Weibo]

We just unboxed the brand new Nokia Lumia 525 in white and found it look very slightly different from the Lumia 520. While we are still reviewing the device, we thought it would be a fine idea to show you the phone in pictures, so that one can get to know how exactly the phone looks like, in real pictures, rather than renders or the usual promotional material. With white glossy plastic on the back, the Lumia 525 sports a slightly sleeker design and looks great, like most Lumia devices usually do. So here's a quick run down of the hardware through our photos. The front of the phone sports the 4 inch WVGA IPS display, and from what we know after using it for a while, it seems to be exactly the same as the Lumia 520. The colour of the phone nicely comes up to the front, giving the glass a nice thin border. Just above the display we have the Nokia logo and the ear piece just in the seams between the frame and the glass. We would have liked a front facing camera here, but considering this is just a quick SKU change, we shall wait for the ...
